I ended up at craftworks through a LinkedIn post by an acquaintance of mine which I knew from a previous job I had.
I was working also in the Sales and Business development area but in a different industry: E-Commerce and FinTech.
My position and tasks will be to develop partnerships and create new business for craftworks’s solutions and products. I will try to stir the developer dominated space and introduce new energy to the team, all this while having fun in the process. I enjoy working in a small and organized team where each process is documented and well thought through. A good coffee machine can make the described activities easier :).
I would say good education and highly developed social skills helped me to be successful.
I'm constantly developing and improving my professional skills, it’s a must in this dynamic time that we live in. Also, the verticals in which craftworks is active are also quite dynamic - so constant learning and improving your skills is crucial in order to stay competitive on the market.
My parents and the informal household education. When you are young this is really crucial and thanks to them we became who we are today.
I think he should learn from peers and seniors, educate themselves constantly, don't fear social interaction with people and constantly evolve and create a better version of themselves.
I'm an organized person who likes good food and also likes to exercise and keep myself fit. In my free time when the circumstances allow, I like to travel because I believe you can create great memories while traveling. Speaking of hobbies, deep inside i'm still a tech geek and I watch a lot of history and geographical documentaries. I like to be aware of my surroundings and like to understand the progress of humanity.
Friendly, helpful and allrounder (because I know a lot of things and I’m like Wikipedia).
Try to enjoy the world as much as possible in the years remaining. Life is short.
Coffee or Tea? Coffee.
Office or Remote? Office.
Tell me one place you always wanted to travel to? Japan.
Thank you, Petre!
