Jakob, could you start by explaining how you ended up at craftworks?

I was looking for a change in a professional sense. And I reached out to friends to see if they knew good companies to work for. I got two positive recommendations for craftworks, after some more research into the company I decided to apply.

Jakob, can you tell me what your position at craftworks is and on what you are working right now?

I'm a software engineer with focus on backend. Currently working on the nucost project.

Jakob, what differences do you notice compared to your previous employment?

I feel like the work here is a lot more structured and more professional as a whole and I feel like here the employees are given good opportunities to develop their skill set. Also the atmosphere feels open and nice.

Jakob, what behavior or personality trait do you most attribute your success to, and why?

I would attribute my success to my desire to be great at something and my practical approach to get things done.

Jakob, what’s one thing you’re learning now, and why is it important to you?

I'm learning how to play the piano right now, and it's important for me because even though I am not naturally talented at it, I greatly enjoy the progress I make.

Jakob, how do you prefer to start your day?

With some light exercise and a good breakfast.

Jakob, apart from work, how do you spend your free time?

I am a very active member of a sports club where I play and coach. Also I like game evenings with friends.
