We are craftworks
In a business like ours, collaboration and team work are not just phrases. Each and every solution that we provide to our customers is dependent on it. Therefore we very carefully recruit our team members. We spent a lot of effort in onboarding and we make sure that successes are celebrated during our numerous team events. But also in our every day business at the office we make sure that we foster ongoing interpersonal exchange. Each team member has 20 so called "one-on-one" meetings with another team member each year, in which they give personal feedback. Additionally we encourage personal and collective growth by exploring our individual and team strengths with coaching and workshop sessions to be the best version of ourself. We have our ongoing table soccer competition, that brings four of us together
in changing teams, several times a day. And there is hardly any day that does not
end with drinks at a terrace of one of our locations.
Meet the team
Minitalks and craftworks days
Once a month we take an hour for three minitalks by individual team members, in which they share new tools they are using or new skills that they have learned. Four times a year we take a two full days in which we work on individual projects, in teams, offside our daily tasks. We improve our internal processes, create new tools to improve our internal efficiency or just learn. Again we share this with each other at the end of the day.
We frequently participate in Hackathons. They challenge our creativity and keep us sharp. We can proudly say that we have done quite well so far.
