What is your position at craftworks, and what does it entail?

I am the Head of Consulting at craftworks. My role combines consultative selling and providing strategic consulting at the intersection of IT and business to our clients. The focus lies on gaining values through the integration of AI in businesses.

What were you doing before joining craftworks?

Before craftworks, I worked in sales and business consulting with a strong focus on emerging technologies, digital product and service development, particularly in platforms, analytics, and applications. I was also the owner of a management consulting firm, where I collaborated with clients across various industries in the DACH region. My work centered on driving digital growth strategies and implementing innovative technologies to help businesses achieve their goals.

Can you describe craftworks in three words?

High-quality standards, implementation excellence, and deep industry expertise (backed by agility and technical acumen).

What advice would you give to someone starting out in your field?

Build a solid work ethic and stay true to your unique philosophy. Engage with companies by tailoring your approach to meet their needs and expectations. Cultivate flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a clear focus on addressing market feedback effectively.

How do you prefer to start your day?

What aspect of your work do you enjoy the most?

I thrive on helping clients navigate market dynamics, especially when these involve disruptions to the value chain or opportunities for new value creation. My favorite part is identifying and scaling success factors to make the most of these opportunities.

Flexibility, creativity, and business acumen. These traits enable me to adapt to diverse challenges, devise innovative solutions, and maintain a results-driven focus.

How do you continue developing your professional skills?

I enjoy staying active, especially through sports with friends and family. When it comes to spending my time, I value inspiring environments, which could be anywhere in the world that sparks creativity and connection.
