You will be responsible for crafting and executing our sales strategy, focusing on AI, software solutions, and SaaS. Are you excited about leading sales initiatives and expanding market reach? Do you thrive in identifying market trends and achieving sales goals? Great! Among other things, you will excel in these key areas as Head of Sales:
design and implementation of the sales strategy with a focus on AI and software solutions as well as SaaS is in your hands
continuous development and expansion of sales and sales channels is therefore part of your overall strategic responsibility
good overview of the market and identify new trends in the field of artificial intelligence and to implement the pre-defined sales goals together with the sales and marketing team
regular sales controlling and reporting of relevant KPIs and sales figures are also part of your area of responsibility
growth and development of the sales and marketing team will increase the power and strength of our services and products in the market
as a member of the Strategy team, you will play a key role in our sustainable and international growth strategy

successfully completed your studies and can already demonstrate an excellent track record in the sales of digital solutions in the field of IT consulting and/or IT sales (SaaS, software development, machine learning and big data)
very familiar with the sale and marketing of consulting-intensive projects and products in the software environment
your strength lies primarily in long-term customer loyalty, your creative thinking and the ability to work successfully on your individual and team-oriented sales goals
as a proactive, focused and goal-oriented personality, you lead the sales and marketing team to success and thus support our growth path
very good knowledge of German and English is a given for you
