Your future role: Head of People (m/w/x) – Focus AI

You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, from recruitment to development. Are you passionate about shaping company culture and driving employee growth? Do you excel at managing HR strategies, processes, and team development? Great! Among other things, you will excel in these key areas as Head of People:

responsible for all HR tasks in the employee lifecycle and also implement them operationally (from recruiting to onboarding and personnel and organizational development)
employee administration and timely and correct preparation of payroll accounting are also part of your responsibilities
familiar with the support and processing of relevant employment law issues
internal & external employer brand is important to you and you work together with marketing on its implementation
as a sparring partner, you are available to the management and our executives
as a member of the Strategy team, you will play a key role in supporting our sustainable and international growth strategy

degree with a focus on human resources and several years of experience in a similar position

very good knowledge of German and English is a given for you
